楼主这种情况有可能真是打飞机打的太猛了，我频率的话跟楼主差不多，有时候还更多一点，但是持续的时间比楼主多几年，不过没有像楼主出现的那种情况。感觉休息一段时间，没有那么强烈刺激，少撸两天，调整一下就可以了。
