中医建议，如果能买到艾条的话，每天用艾条灸中极穴，关元穴，半个小时或一个小时，期间禁欲，保持卫生，坚持1～2个月的治疗应该会有很好的疗效，如果有上火的症状可隔天一次或一周两次。
