一，置顶那个SIS全区各板块访问权限及要求里，Ebook | 电子书显示访问条件是，2级可发主贴，会员不可回复，可怎么几级才能浏览?我进不去
二，下载扣金币，可哪几个区会扣?好像有几个区下附件会扣，有几个不会
